If you know that you or any members of your family will not be attending the annual function, please let us know 6 weeks in advance as this affects your membership fees.

For example if you are a family and all your children will not attend the annual function, if you let us know at least 6 weeks in advance, then the fee can be reduced to a couple fee.

Also if you do not let us know that you or your family are not attending at least 6 weeks in advance, you must still pay the membership fee. This is because of the incurred cost of ordering food for you and your family.
